Giant Dipper Belmont Park, San Diego, California, USA      Save The Coaster Committee raised over $500,000 and spent many years renovating the Giant Dipper. Finally, the San Diego Coaster Company agreed to finish the job in return for a 30-year operating lease. This preservation success story ended happily when the Giant Dipper reopened in 1990. |
